THE PROBLEM

Every single day, women are experiencing incremental shifts in their hormones that can have significant impacts on their lifestyle and general wellbeing.

The most significant hormonal fluctuation for a woman with an active menstrual cycle is the luteal phase of her cycle. For women that experience symptoms during this phase generally impacting mood and energy, it is called Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS).

There are many tools and conversations about tracking a woman’s menstrual cycle, mostly in the capacity of family planning. We noticed a gap around a tool that focuses on PMS, specifically how to track it, and how to manage it.

We designed the Empowered: PMS Wellness App as a tool for women to acknowledge this phase and to feel empowered with tools to find balance between mind and body!

We're two real-life sisters that have joined forces to create a program to support women navigating their journey through premenstrual syndrome, menstruation, reproduction and beyond.

We want other women to feel empowered and learn sustainable natural solutions to ultimately allow more joyful lives!
